Event Policies & Guidelines

To ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following policies.

Supervision & Safety

An adult must supervise the play area at all times. Our equipment is designed for age-appropriate use only, and gentle play is required. Rough play, climbing on walls or netting, flips, wrestling, or unsafe behavior is not permitted. Animals are not allowed on any equipment.

Shoes, Food & Personal Items

Shoes must be removed before entering the play area. No heels are permitted on equipment. Food, drinks, gum, candy, slime, face paint, glitter, or sticky substances are not allowed in the play area. Jewelry, glasses, and sharp objects should be removed before play.

Cleanliness & Care

Please help keep the play area clean and free of debris. All balls must be returned to the ball pit at the end of the event. balls left outside of ball pit when we return to the event will result in a fee. Damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items may result in additional fees. 

Setup Requirements

Equipment must be set up on a flat, level surface. We are unable to set up on dirt, gravel, sand, muddy, wet or uneven ground. An electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area is required.

Weather Policy

For safety and equipment protection, we do not set up in rain, strong winds, lightning, muddy, or overly wet conditions. If weather or ground conditions are deemed unsafe upon arrival, setup will not proceed. In these cases, no refunds are issued, but a credit will be applied toward a future booking, subject to availability. We strongly recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events.

Payment & Booking

A $100 security deposit is required to secure your event date. The full balance is due 7 days prior to the event. The security deposit is not refundable if the event is cancelled. However, it will be returned after the event if all equipment is returned in good condition and policies are followed. All balls must be returned to the ball pit or a fee is given. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your booking agreement. Please reach out as soon as possible if plans change.

Client Responsibility

By booking, the client agrees to supervise all users, follow safety rules, and ensure equipment is used properly. The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse that occurs during the rental period.
